What is Interaction.works?

Interaction.Works provides insights into the #futureofwork, and operates flexible, technologically-enhanced workspaces and meeting rooms, including The Collaboration Room, located within ScaleSpace, White City. Utilising the latest in cutting-edge, collaborative technology, Interaction.Works facilitates a multitude of functions for teams of all sizes, no matter how geographically dispersed.

The centrepiece of The Collaboration Room is Prysm Systems 190” LPD 6K Digital Canvas, driven by collaborative ‘Synthesis’ software enabling integrated videoconferencing, collaborative interactivity from any location, wireless device input and responsive multimedia windows. Turn an ordinary meeting or presentation into one that your team will be immersed in, impressed by, and inspired by. 

The space is supported by equipment designed to enhance collaboration whilst driving innovation. Epiphan vision-mixing technology, a multi-camera set-up and analytics allowing for handwriting extraction and green-screen functionality allow presenters to give a memorable address to both physical attendees, and those connecting through Teams or Zoom. A mobile 65” fully touch-enabled trolley display can mirror the presentation to allow for breakout teams, or act as a remote audience member using NDI capability.

Interaction.works is a showcase of the future of work, providing members the chance to utilise the most advanced hybrid-working technology, for the first time. From the flexible furniture, to the wall-to-wall whiteboarding and Scribbit robot, everything is designed with collaboration, ideation and innovation in mind.

Is technology training provided?

If booking the space, a support team are on hand to provide training, tutorials and content service prior to any event, from blended learning session to hybrid board meeting, our team can support you and ensure a smooth, immersive experience.

What capacity can the space support?

The 800sqft space can hold up to 40 attendees, however this figure may change due to the pandemic.

How is the space covid-safe?

The space is regularly santisised by a cleaning team, and all surfaces are disinfected. Scale Space provides hand-washing facilities and temperature scanners upon entry.

What catering options are there? 

We are supported by a professional catering team within Scale Space. Terms can be discussed upon booking.
